This Policy supplements the Codatum Terms of Service and sets out the rights and responsibilities between Codatum and our customers regarding the use of AI features, including the use of external AI services, the handling of data, and disclaimers.

Effective date: October 1st, 2026
Note: If you continue to use the AI features on or after the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the contents of this Policy.
